You must have a background in economics for statistics for this exam. For this, you will need a graduation degree in statistics or economics.

5. SBI PO – Conducted by the State Bank of India, this is one of the most competitive exams. It is used to recruit Probationary Officers. To sit in the exam, you must be a graduate. After you have qualified the exam, you will have to stay on probation for two years. During this probation period, you will be assessed continuously after which you will be promoted to a higher rank. IBPS PO exam – This exam is conducted by an autonomous agency named the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection that operates as a personnel selection body for regional and nationalized rural banks in India. It is a competitive exam through which Probationary Officers are recruited. To sit for an exam, you must have passed graduation. SSC CGL – The Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level exam is conducted by the SSC to recruit Class 1 and Class 2 officers for different ministries and departments of the Indian government. Once you are selected, you will be able to work as a tax officer, auditor, audit officer, examiner, excise inspector, food inspector, etc. This competitive exam allows you to go for jobs in different government posts after graduation.

8. TET – Teacher Eligibility Test is a competitive exam conducted by the Central government and the States for shortlisting candidates who want to be a teacher.
