Press Release: Now in its third season in first-run syndication, “The Drew Barrymore Show” has increased by 70 percent in total viewers vs. last year, averaging 1.2 million viewers (according to Nielsen Media Research data). The daily, syndicated daytime series ranks #4 among the 11 syndicated talk shows, beating “Tamron Hall” and all of this year’s newcomers, including “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” by 250,000+ viewers.
“The Drew Barrymore Show” achieved its most watched week of the season the week of Oct. 24-28, pulling in 1.33 million viewers. The highest-rated episodes of the season have included big name celebrity guests such as George Clooney, Susan Sarandon, Martha Stewart and Serena Williams.
“The Drew Barrymore Show” kicked off the week with guest co-host Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson filling in at the news desk while Drew was out with Covid-19. Today, Drew returns to deliver one of her signature interviews, with chef and cookbook author Ina Garten who joins her for the entire show. The Barefoot Contessa shares with Drew her disastrous first date with husband of 54 years Jeffrey, his love notes and some of his text messages going astray. Ina also joins Drew and actress Zosia Mamet in the kitchen to whip up Scrambled Eggs Cacio e Pepe from her new book “Go To Dinners.”
