Roku will premiere second seasons of popular Roku Originals, Punk’d and Dishmantled throughout the month of December.
Punk’d returns for its second season on Friday, December 10th. The iconic series returns with Chance the Rapper as host — masterminding the biggest pranks behind the scenes. The biggest stars are about to learn what happens if their fates were up to Chance. Chance the Rapper and Jason Goldberg return as Executive Producers. Celebrity guests include Tiffany Haddish, Adam Devine, Lil Nas X, Liza Koshy, Odell Beckham Jr., Teyana Taylor, Shay Mitchell, Anitta, Miguel, Karrueche Tran and Kate Upton.
Dishmantled returns for its second season on Friday, December 31st. From Linda Lea, the Creator and Executive Producer of Chopped, comes Dishmantled, a high-octane cooking competition that will literally blow your socks off. Hosted by Tituss Burgess, each episode starts with the cannon-blasting of a mystery food dish into the faces of two blindfolded chefs. They’ll use their culinary prowess to identify the exploded dish and then race against the clock to recreate it. Whichever chef comes closest to the original dish wins a cash prize.
Roku continues to not only deliver a diverse slate of Roku Originals to meet the needs of the broad range of streamers, but also continues to connect audiences with the greatest storytellers in Hollywood for free. Since the launch of Roku Originals in May 2021 to date, Roku has debut 50+ Roku Originals and recently announced plans to develop 50 original shows in the next two years. The company has also notably partnered with Lionsgate to create its first-ever original feature-length film based on Emmy®-winning show Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, which premiered on The Roku Channel on Wednesday, December 1st.
