Netflix has announced Black Rabbit, a new limited series, starring and executive produced by Jason Bateman and Jude Law. The logline: When the owner of a New York City hotspot allows his turbulent brother back in his life, he opens the door to escalating dangers that threaten to bring down everything he’s built.

Jason Bateman will direct the first two episodes. The executive producers are Bateman and Michael Costigan’s Aggregate Films; Jude Law and Ben Jackson’s Riff Raff Entertainment; Zach Baylin and Kate Susman’s Youngblood Pictures; Andrew Hinderaker, Zac Frognowski, Justin Levy and David Bernon.

The cast: Jason Bateman (Ozark, Air), Jude Law (Talented Mr. Ripley, Sherlock Holmes), Cleopatra Coleman (Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire, upcoming Clipped), Amaka Okafor (Bodies, The Responder), Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù (Gangs of London, Slow Horses) and Dagmara Dominczyk (Succession, The Lost Daughter).

Creators / Writers: Academy Award nominated screenwriter Zach Baylin and Kate Susman will write based on an original idea.
