From Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution: “American Housewife,” “9-1-1” and “The Rookie” will make their broadcast syndication debuts this September on stations representing more than 95 percent of the country, to date, it was announced today by Disney Media Entertainment and Distribution. “American Housewife” will air seven days a week (weekdays and weekends) beginning September 12, while weekend telecasts of “9-1-1” and “The Rookie” will commence September 17.

“American Housewife” has been sold to stations from broadcast groups including the CBS Television Stations, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Weigel Broadcasting, Nexstar Media Group, E.W. Scripps Company, Hubbard Broadcasting, Hearst Communications, Gray Television, Bahakel Communications, Tegna Media, Lockwood Broadcast Group, Mission Broadcasting, Cox Media Group, Allen Media, Standard Media Group, NPG Broadcasting and American Spirit Media. Katie Otto (Katy Mixon) is a confident, unapologetic wife and mother of three, raising her flawed family in a wealthy town filled with “perfect” mommies and their “perfect” offspring. Joining Katie in her perfectly imperfect world is her husband, Greg Otto (Diedrich Bader), and their three children Taylor (Meg Donnelly), Oliver (Daniel DiMaggio) and Anna-Kat (Julia Butters/Julia Eisenberg). Katie also has her closest friends in town, Angela (Carly Hughes), Doris (Ali Wong), Tami (Holly Robinson-Peete) and J.D. (Jake Choi) who help her keep it all in perspective. The series, which ran on ABC for five successful seasons between 2016 to 2021, was created by Sarah Dunn and was produced by ABC Signature, a part of Disney Television Studios, and Kapital Entertainment. “9-1-1” will launch weekends across the country with clearances secured on stations from broadcast groups including the ABC Owned Television Stations, Nexstar Media Group, Gray Television, Cox Media Group, Hearst Communications, E.W. Scripps Company, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Tegna Media, Weigel Broadcasting and more. Creators Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear reimagine the procedural drama with 9-1-1, exploring the high-pressure experiences of police officers, firefighters and dispatchers who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives. The provocative series stars Academy and Emmy Award nominee Angela Bassett, Emmy Award and Golden Globe nominee Peter Krause and Golden Globe nominee Jennifer Love Hewitt. Additionally, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Ryan Guzman, Rockmond Dunbar, Corinne Massiah, Marcanthonee Jon Reis and Gavin McHugh are featured in series regular roles. “9-1-1” is produced by 20th Television in association with Ryan Murphy Television and Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear are creators, executive producers and writers on the series. Bradley Buecker serves as an executive producer and director. Gray, Kristen Reidel and Juan Carlos Coto also serve as executive producers on the series, which will debut its sixth season on FOX this fall.

Scripps Company, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Tegna Media and more. John Nolan, the oldest rookie in the LAPD, has used his life experience, determination and sense of humor to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. “The Rookie” will enter its fifth season on ABC this fall and stars Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, Mekia Cox as Nyla Harper, Alyssa Diaz as Angela Lopez, Richard T. Jones as Sergeant Wade Grey, Melissa O’Neil as Lucy Chen, Eric Winter as Tim Bradford, Jenna Dewan as Bailey Nune and Shawn Ashmore as Wesley Evers. Alexi Hawley is creator and executive producer. Mark Gordon, Nathan Fillion, Michelle Chapman, Bill Norcross and Terence Paul Winter are executive producers on the series.
